I placed on order on 14 August 2025. To date, the product has not arrived. Even worse, all my emails and online support queries regarding this are completely ignored. This is not how I expect to be treated as a paying customer.
I can't give this enough stars!! Our dog struggled for months with skin issues After spending hundreds of dollars on shampoos, supplements & medications, we started FMT treatment and within 2 weeks he is back to his spunky self. Skin is back to normal and his gut doesn't gurgle anymore. I plan to treat him at least a couple times per year going forward.

I was not sure how effective this was, but just starting month 3 and we are all noticing a difference. My vet almost cried today in seeing the change. My girl has gone from being anxious and aggressive to a more calm and collected animal. Not snapping or going crazy.. My vet has explained the gut-brain connection and I am 1000% convinced now!
